Director – Sales, Client Relations

About Yellowe

Yellowe is a bold, young creative agency blending design and digital marketing. We’re now looking for a young and driven Sales & Client Relations Director to join our leadership team and drive the next stage of our growth. 

The Role 

You’ll lead the charge in finding new clients, building lasting partnerships, and ensuring our existing clients stay excited to work with us. As part of the director team, you’ll help shape strategy and represent Yellowe at the highest level. 

What You’ll Do 

• Identify, pitch, and secure new business opportunities. 

• Build and nurture strong client relationships. 

• Develop and oversee sales strategies to hit growth targets. 

• Work closely with the design and marketing directors to align client needs with our services.
  
• Collaborate with directors and teams to align pricing and services with market demands.

What We’re Looking For 

• Solid experience in sales or business development (creative or agency background is a big plus). 

• Proven track record of bringing in clients and growing accounts. 

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. 

• A proactive, confident leader who thrives on results.
